Pour preuve, l’aménagement de cette Cellule Commerciale de 700m² pour un franchisé Bureau Vallée à Englos (Capinghem -59)
Notre mission:
- Conception / Distribution intérieure (locaux sociaux / stockage / rayonnage)
- Montage dossier ERP (Accessibilité et sécurité incendie)
- Consultation des entreprises
- Suivi de chantier et réception des travaux
Lots :
- Électricité (courant fort & faible) + éclairage + alarme et vidéo surveillance
- Climatisation
- Sanitaire (espace cuisine, vestiaire, WC et douche)
- Plâtrerie ( mezzanine métallique, cloisons modulaires aluminium)
- Revêtement de sol
- Équipement sécurité incendie
- Enseignes / signalétiques
Le tout en un temps record : 10 semaines Post confinement …
